Consultancy and Mentorship​

I support individuals and families (Autistic, ADHD, PDA, and neurotypical), as well as organisations across corporate, education, social services, health, and justice settings. Based in Cornwall, I offer flexible support in the format that works best for you—online (Zoom, Teams, Skype), by phone, or in person.

Please note: I’m not a trained counsellor or therapist. My consultancy draws on extensive professional experience and lived insight as a neurodivergent person. All sessions are confidential, and any records are stored securely. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate (Update Service), personal indemnity insurance, and I’m ICO registered.

I regularly attend workshops and courses, join live learning sessions, and keep up with current literature to stay up to date.

Communication, interaction, and sensory requirements​

If you have specific sensory or communication needs, please let me know. I’ll do my best to make reasonable adjustments so you feel comfortable and supported.

As a neurodivergent person, my communication and interaction needs can vary day to day. Before we begin, I may ask a few questions to check what will work best for me in that moment. In face-to-face sessions, you may also see me use sensory tools (including stimming aids), and I may request simple environmental adjustments (for example, lighting levels or reducing visual clutter).

Pre-post-diagnostic and self-identification support​

The journey after a diagnosis—or self-identification—can feel overwhelming. As a neurodivergent individual, I offer a calm space to explore what it means for you, talk through your questions, and plan next steps. I can provide mentoring and practical signposting to neurodivergent-led groups, publications, and trusted resources—support that can make a real difference. (Please note, I am not a trained therapist, I have the insight of an Autistic/ADHD individual who has been on this journey).
