Hello, My name is Tigger Pritchard—proudly neurodivergent, and an Autistic and PDA advocate, consultant, and trainer based in North Wales. I realised I was autistic several years ago and later received diagnoses for autism and ADHD

I bring over thirty seven years of professional and personal experience working alongside, learning from, and advocating for neurodivergent people. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals in many roles—support worker, advocate teacher, facilitator, trainer, manager, lecturer, and ally. I also bring lived autistic experience, which continues to shape and deepen my practice. I’m proud to be one of the longest-serving Makaton Tutors in the world, having gained my licence in 1991.

We’re all on a journey. My understanding of neurodivergence has evolved over time—and it will keep evolving. I stay up to date, reflect often, and continuously reframe my thinking as new research, ideas, and approaches emerge.

This work is deeply personal to me. My focus is to build understanding and acceptance of Neurodivergent individuals—supporting people to be themselves, rather than forcing them into a “neurotypical box.” Because one size never fits all, I help individuals and organisations take practical steps toward truly Neuroaffirming practice.

Drawing on extensive experience, teaching practice, and lived insight, I offer training and consultancy both in person and online. I support individuals and families, as well as corporate organisations and education settings—helping you create environments where neurodivergent people are understood, included, and supported to thrive.
